Securie for Slack — incident + finding notifications

roadmap

Get Securie findings + incident alerts delivered to a Slack channel. Triage inline. Mark as reviewed with emoji reactions. On-call rotations can map severity to specific channels (critical → #security-urgent, medium → #security-review). Each message links back to the full finding page in the Securie dashboard.

What it does

Posts critical findings the moment they're confirmed in-sandbox. Posts incident alerts when Securie detects abnormal behavior on your deployed apps (unusual traffic patterns, CVE-affected dependency detected in production). Posts a weekly summary of findings, deploys gated, and trends. Interactive message buttons let you acknowledge, assign, or snooze findings directly from Slack.

When to use it

Best fit: teams already running Slack as their primary chat and using channels as incident rooms. Pair with PagerDuty or Opsgenie for paging critical severities; Slack alone works for teams where reviewing within business hours is acceptable.

Limitations

Roadmap. Requires Slack workspace admin to install. No PagerDuty-style escalation on its own — use a PagerDuty webhook integration for on-call paging. Delivery depends on Slack's availability; Slack outages mean missed notifications.

Install

  1. When live: visit securie.ai/integrations/slack
  2. Authorize the Slack workspace (OAuth flow)
  3. Pick a default channel for notifications
  4. Configure severity → channel routing (optional)
  5. Configure on-call rotation mapping (optional, requires Slack Paid)
